Financing A Home Purchase
For so many, buying a home is the largest, most important purchase they will ever make. Once you’ve decided that you want to buy a house, the biggest question is how am I going to pay for it and how much can I afford?
As most homebuyers do not have enough cash for a home purchase, they must seek help from a lending institution. Choosing the right lender is just as important as choosing the right home. As well, finding a loan representative that can help you sort through the many lending options and requirements, is equally important. Not all lenders and their representatives are equal. Not all loan programs are best suited for your needs. Therefore, it’s your highest priority to find someone who can help you sort through these details. My advice is to interview a few different lender representatives to see which one is the best fit for you.
After you’ve chosen a lender, you can begin the process of filling out the loan paperwork and submitting your financial information to determine what loan amount you qualify for and what loan program is right for you. Once you are pre-approved and know the loan amount you qualify for, it’s time to give me a call so we can go house shopping!!
